She holds a Masters degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration. She held a number of senior executive roles throughout her career including Global Account Manager and Human Resources Director at Halliburton the world’s second largest energy services organization, Human Resources Vice President and Executive Officer at Baker Hughes where she was responsible for Human Resource leadership for 23 countries across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific and Vice President Human Resources at Taqa the national energy company of the United Arab Emirates.
