Coaching Fees
Each coaching program is individualized and designed to meet the specific needs and budget of the client. The coaching partnership recommendations and duration are discussed and agreed once the client’s needs and objectives are mutually determined. A breadth of experience ensures an understanding of which coaching models founded in best practice are most likely to produce the desired results.
Team coaching programs for immediate direct reports can also be designed, combining the steps of the individual coaching process above with the client’s development goals and activities.
Coaching Relationship
To ensure success, coaching partnerships are typically three to twelve months depending upon the client’s availability, adaptability and progress toward achieving agreed goals.
